How much are the sessions?

 I can’t afford the tuition, so can you teach me for free?

I’m sorry. No. Lessons need to be paid for. However, articles and other lesson materials that you can use to self-study are provided and are found in this site. If you buy sessions by packages, you can save more on tuition fees. You can have a look at the prices here.


Lesson payment, Tardiness, and Cancellation.

All tuition fees must be settled 24 hours before the session.
All payments are issued via Paypal or credit card.

Skypeinenglish has a 30-minute cancellation policy which means that if you cannot make the booked appointment you must give a 30-minute notice of the cancellation either through Skype or e-mail.

If the student fails to provide the notice before the scheduled time, the session will automatically be marked as “complete.” No refunds shall be issued.

If the teacher is absent. Either the session will be rescheduled or a full refund is given.

If either the student or teacher fails to show up after 10 minutes of the scheduled session. It is considered that the session is cancelled.  

 


I have something important that I need to do, can I reschedule?

In the event that the student or teacher decides to reschedule the session, again, one should inform the other party 30 minutes before the scheduled session either through Skype or e-mail. Failure to provide an early notice and the session shall automatically be considered a “missed session.”  

If the student fails to provide the notice before the scheduled time, the session will automatically be marked as “complete.” No refunds shall be issued.


How long are the sessions?

You can choose between 30-minute or 50-minute sessions.


How long do packages last?

Intro Sessions are valid only for 15 days after receiving payment.
*You will be notified via email 7 days before the expiration date.

Standard Sessions and Session Packages are valid for 06 months after receiving payment.
*You will be notified via email 30 days before the expiration date.

Promo packages will expire 30 days after payment is received.
*You will be notified via email 7 days before the expiration date.

All session packages last for exactly 6 months after the payment has been received.
*You will be notified via email 7 days before the expiration date.

Any outstanding sessions after this time period will not be refunded.
